Important information and details about the hotel booking conditions

Reservation (via fax / mail / e-mail):

- If a reservation is international for Accommodation Agreement we agree on Hotel Association of the contractual terms of the accommodation establishments of 23 September 1981 as agreed. The reservation is binding until a deposit on your credit card or deposit paid to us. More information at our reception.

We can not guarantee specific rooms or floors!

Discounts for children:
Up to 3 years - free,
from 4 to 7 years - 50%
from 8 to 12 years - 20%
over 13 years - 10% with two full paying adults in the room.

New Year's Eve surcharge: € 30, - per person (children 12 and under - € 20, -)
Short stay surcharge: For a short stay (up to 3 days) we charge a surcharge of 20%.

Carnival:
From 18th to 25th of february 2012, a surcharge of 10%.

Single occupancy: Single occupancy of a double room or a suite the price is reduced for the second bed by 50% per day.

Cancellation Policy (only valid in writing, you will receive also a confirmation from us !!!):

The provisions of the international hotel contract conditions. Free up to 3 months before departure, 3 months to 30 days before departure 40%, 30 days to 7 days before departure 70% in the last week 90% of the accommodation price offered.
For short-term cancellation (unless we can sell the rooms not on), or early departure, we set the price for the entire stay billed.
This will be deducted from your debit or credit card.

Cancellation insurance:
We recommend taking out private travel insurance before the end of the reservation. It covers all cancellation costs in case of accident, illness, death of the insured or his family members before the holiday or to stop by www.europaeische.at.

Dogs and other Pets:
10 EUR - per day (without food). Please understand that no dogs are allowed to get in the restaurants and the spa.

Cash, debit card, VISA and MASTER CARD

With the introduction of the new price list all previous offers become invalid!
